In the integrated blowing filling and capping machine, the bottle blowing system plays a crucial role. In the preheating stage, the preform is irradiated by an infrared high-temperature lamp, causing the body of the preform to heat up and soften, while the bottle mouth is maintained in its shape by a specific cooling device. In the blow molding stage, the preheated preform is placed in the blow mold and blown into the desired bottle shape by high-pressure inflation.

The process flow of a bottle blowing machine is a precise and complex process, including key steps such as stretching, primary blowing, and secondary blowing. These steps require precise time and pressure control to ensure the quality and consistency of the bottles. In addition, the equipment composition of the bottle blowing system is quite complex, including high-performance servo precision system, high-efficiency energy-saving heating system, accurate feeding system, and fully automatic bottle discharge system.
