The overall energy consumption of the equipment is greatly reduced:

  • RO water consumption is reduced by 70-80%,
  • disinfectant consumption is reduced by 50-70%,
  • exhaust gas emissions are reduced by 50%,
  • waste scrubbers dosing volume is reduced by 30-40%,
  • waste water discharge is reduced by 80-90%,
  • The overall area of the equipment is 30-40% less than the traditional wet ultra-clean filling unit,
  • Empty bottles after sterilization dry moisture content of bit 0, to ensure effective follow-up to food safety.
