Aseptic filling products are high-tech packaging equipment designed specifically for industries such as food, beverage, and medicine. They use advanced aseptic filling technology to complete the filling process of products in a strictly controlled sterile environment. In the wet aseptic process, containers are sterilized using peracetic acid (PAA) and steam. The steam from the peracetic acid/steam mixture is used solely as a carrier medium, distributing and activating the disinfectant. It ensures that the entire surface is moistened and also disinfects the atmosphere. This minimal use of disinfectant makes highly effective germ reduction possible. At the same time, the fasteners are disinfected with peracetic acid in a fully automated process in a dipping bath. Aseptic Systems that use PAA also require water for rinsing off chemical residuals for food safety. H2O2 dry decontamination technology reduces chemical residual using hot air. As a result, dry H2O2 decontamination technology is a more environmentally friendly system than its counterpart.
